Presentation

In 2003, he graduated from the AGRFT in drama with the roles of Mož in Obločnica, že najborna by Ivan Mrak and Lazar in Žabe by Gregor Strniša, for which he received the Prešeren Student Award in 2000.
He made his debut at the Ljubljana Puppet Theatre in 1999 in the play Rumeno čudo, and in 2005 he started working at the LGL.

 

He has also acted in plays by the Slovenian Youth Theatre, Museum, City Theatre Ptuj, Mini Teatar, Škuc Teatar and SNG Drama Maribor.

 

He has received many awards for his acting and animation work, including for his roles in the plays Mary Poppins, Thumbelina, Kabaretluknja, Kralj prisluškuje, Ostržek, Štirje muzikanti and the Bulgakov Sessions. For his original kamishibai performance Našli sva klobuk, he received three awards: at the 5th International Kamishibai Festival Beli delfin he received the award chosen by the creators "morigenos" and the award chosen by foreign participants "pogled od vezenj", and at the 10th Slovenian Kamishibai Theatre Festival he received a special award for the most dialogical kamishibai.

Award for animation and music performance in the performance of Four Musicians Martina Maurič Lazar, Polonca Kores, Gašper Malnar and Miho Arho at the International Puppet Theatre Festival PIF in Zagreb

Special Jury Award for interesting stage design and innovative contact with the youngest audience in the play Four Musicians at the Puppets Festival
