The performance Tempo deals with time – its perception, acceleration, deceleration, and end. Finnish visual artist Kalle Nio, who performed at the Lutke Festival in 2016 with his show Odhod (Departure), is now collaborating with choreographer Fernando Mel and three exceptional dancers, including Slovenian Barbara Kanc.
Lutkovno gledališče ljubljana has joined a major international co-production, resulting in an enchanting visual performance that uses tricks, dance, and puppets to explore time... its perception, acceleration, deceleration, and end.
We are proud to include it in the program of the 18th International Biennial Festival of Contemporary Puppetry Arts LUTKE, which will take place in September 2026.
